Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contacts page.
• For international orders, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized or custom-made products.
